In July 2008 Nadia Carlyle (aka Paige Summers) was found guilty of 9 charges of animal neglect/cruelty in relation to 26 dogs and puppies seized by the RSPCA in November 2006, due to their condition at that time, many needing immediate veterinary care. The dogs remained in RSPCA kennels throughout the two years while the case was pending, many growing up in a kennel environment, because the owner refused to sign them over. This breeder is known to use other names and has been known to have several people breeding puppies on her behalf from her stock, some known to be epileptic. She has been based in several regions of the UK, including Carmarthenshire, Ayrshire, Gloucester, (current whereabouts unknown) The Utonagan Society continue to collate evidence forwarded to us in relation to her stock, poor living conditions, worm burdened puppies etc. These are treated confidentially and forwarded on to the relevant Authorities immediately.
